Finance professional took road less traveled after start as equity analyst at Lehman Brothers. Jumping ship in 1995 and heading to a technology firm that eventually produced what became the most successful hedge fund accounting system (Advent Geneva). Brian then went on to found his own firms providing host of services to industry leading hedge funds, fund of funds, prime brokers and administrators. He’s pioneered many of today’s commonplace services including; outsourced ODD, hedge fund certification, and multi-prime brokerage operational constructs. After selling those firms and still itching to put his mark on the alternatives industry he founded Simplify, and set out to build a universal solution for investors and managers who believe the light of transparency will breathe life into the business, and eliminate the worst friction point in the industry.
